![]() Langmuir and Langmuir-Blodgett troughs Langmuir troughs are used for fabrication of molecular monolayers (Langmuir films) at liquid/air or liquid/liquid interfaces. When equipped with a dipper (Langmuir-Blodgett trough) monolayers can be transferred onto solid substrates. Multiple sequential dipping forms multilayers.
We deliver full range of troughs, manufactured by KSV NIMA - the market leader in Langmuir and Langmuir-Blodgett technology. Custom-designed troughs (non-standard sizes, special sizes and shapes of the trough well, spectroscopic troughs, kinetic troughs) can be made to order. All troughs are manufactured from a single PTFE block, without seams, glues and joints. Troughs can be equipped with additional modules and accessories: surface potential meter (SPOT), Brewster angle microscope (BAM), and the spectrometer for measurement of monolayer IR spectra (PM-IRRAS). All instruments are delivered with software for automatic operation and analysis of results. The product line is completed by the interfacial shear reometer (ISR) and the whole range of dip-coating devices. Complete Langmuir and Langmuir-Blodgett systems - a brochure Akcesoria: |
